Refund policy

Return Policy

 All of our products are handmade in limited quantities, with many being one-of-a-kind creations. Because of the handmade nature of our work, some items have no duplicates or replacements available once sold.

We accept returns only if the item is physically returned to us and successfully delivered to the seller. To be eligible for a refund:

- The return must be initiated within the allowed return period 7 days.

- The item must be shipped back expenses covered by the buyer.

-The returned item must be delivered to the seller's address, and delivery must be confirmed by the shipping carrier. 

-The item must arrive in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.

-Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. If the item is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to improper packaging, the refund may be denied or adjusted accordingly.

-All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Due to the unique nature of many of our handmade items, exchanges or replacements may not be possible, as the original item may be one of a kind and cannot be recreated.
